Limited Lifetime Warranty
I am grateful for your purchase and I make each leather piece with the idea that am not only making it for you, but to be passed down from generation to generation. That said, sometimes despite using quality materials and best efforts, things can still potentially break. As such I warrant this product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for the life of my leather handmade goods.
This means I will repair or replace any part of product found to be defective. Any item(s) approved for return must be shipped with prepaid return label so I can get it back to you. If I can fix your wallet, I will do that. If its irreparable, I will replace it. Please note that leather colors and finishes used in products will change from time to time as will styles and branding/logos. In the event I no longer carry the product purchased I will provide a store credit of equal value of the original purchase.
I want you to have the peace of mind that my products will stand the test of time. Please note: the test of time does not include such things as drop pouches being eaten by bears, wallets being run over by cars, or bags and purses not surviving encounters with TSA agents or airline baggage handlers. Also, this lifetime limited warranty does not include charges connected with shipping, freight, custom fees, or duties to ship product.
I am convinced that if you are good to your leather handmade goods, they will remain objects of quality and beauty for you and your family. On the flip side, if you treat your leather like garbage, it will look and eventually turn into garbage.
It should also be said that this lifetime limited warranty shall be void if the product is re-sold or traded to another owner. In the process of confirming your purchase and validating your warranty claim, it may be required to provide your email or shipping address.
